Connie is a former educator, mentor teacher and Instructional Coach, whose experience driving collaborative improvement as well as curating and facilitating professional development has transformed teaching and learning experiences for educators and their students.
At LEAP, Connie continues to build trusting relationships with working teams, using her experience with personalized learning to strengthen the outcomes for students, teachers, and administrators.

Courtney's professional experience spans the Shedd Aquarium, Guaranteed Rate, and Chicago's theater community. At LEAP, she curates a fantastic culture by supporting internal administrative functioning and events.

Silvia has over 20 years of experience in senior executive administrative and office management roles, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations at LEAP. As a founding member of LEAP, she is dedicated to creating opportunity for every student.

Danielle has worked at the school-, nonprofit- and district-levels in a variety of roles--as program director, coach, facilitator, algebra teacher, design-thinker and strategist. At LEAP she brings her innovative mindset to strategy development, executing big new ideas, and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Katie has extensive experience in education and in the corporate world. As a teacher, teacher leader and principal, she has led successful change management efforts focusing on personalized learning. Katie brings her expertise, dedication to student centered learning, understanding of adult learning, and a passion for innovation in education to LEAP.
