In partnership with LEAP, the team at Stagg School of Excellence transformed every aspect of their school’s learning experience through the lens of personalized learning and the LEAP Learning Framework. Deon, an eighth grader at Stagg, began to see his educators as allies, developing a powerful leadership voice and a keen awareness of his potential.

Throughout eighteen years of teaching, Steve McWade has always seen trust and human connection as the foundation of powerful learning experiences. Working with LEAP, he developed structured ways for building relationships and honed tangible and rigorous tools and practices for helping each and every one of his students advance.
