The Chicago Public Education Fund focuses on improving the leadership of Chicago Public Schools by giving them individualized and responsive supports that are designed to help principals innovate. Through their focus in education, ITW awarded post-secondary scholarships in 2018 totaling $640,000 to the sons and daughters of ITW colleagues.
